I founded Atrivus Legal with a simple goal: to provide the level of legal counsel often found at large firms, but in a way that is practical, personal, and aligned with how modern companies operate. My approach is rooted in more than a decade of experience advising businesses, investment sponsors, financial platforms, and entrepreneurs on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters.

Throughout my career, I have helped clients through pivotal moments such as forming companies, raising capital, negotiating key agreements, launching new ventures, and working through complex regulatory issues. I see my role as more than a lawyer. I aim to be a long-term strategic partner who understands the business behind the legal questions, stays ahead of potential challenges, and offers solutions that support growth rather than slow it down.

I am especially focused on helping clients navigate the space where legal requirements meet real business execution. Whether I am serving as fractional general counsel, structuring a new investment vehicle, advising on a merger or acquisition, or reviewing investor communications, my goal is to provide guidance that is legally sound, commercially practical, and easy to implement.

Beyond the Practice

When I am not advising clients, I enjoy spending time with my family here in Carmel, Indiana. We love being part of a community that is growing, family focused, and full of great local restaurants, parks, and things to do. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, whether that means trying new restaurants on vacation or finding a great local coffee shop close to home. I also make time to stay active and enjoy Carmel events, festivals, and short weekend getaways.
